Citizens Charter
1. Vision and Mission: To uphold the constitutional commitment to create opportunities for education for all citizens and to develop their full potential to establish social equality as active members of the family and community and to develop them as productive and responsible citizens to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
Creating lifelong learning opportunities for children, youth and adults deprived of access to formal education and special needs to improve their quality of life and provide them with adequate knowledge, productive skills and life skills through literacy, basic education and skills, training and appropriate and quality education opportunities.
